1. Who we are
FlowSnap is operated by Sasha Hartley-Hrovatin (“we”, “Seller”), acting as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. What we collect
- Account data — email address, login credentials.
- Usage data — number of flows processed, plan tier, timestamps.
- Uploaded content — screen recordings you submit for analysis.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, basic telemetry.
- Support data — messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
To create and authenticate your account; to provide the AI flow-generation service; to enforce plan limits; to keep the Service secure and prevent fraud; to improve product quality; to provide customer support; and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) your consent where required, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share data with
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, authentication, and database.
- Google (Gemini AI) — vision processing of uploaded recordings.
- Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for sales, payments, tax, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded recordings are processed transiently and not stored long-term unless required to provide the Service. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
7. International transfers
Our processors may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EEA/UK residents), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data; to object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure, to protect personal data.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to authenticate users and operate the Service. We do not use marketing cookies. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
