Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Who we are
FlowSnap (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is operated by Sasha Hartley-Hrovatin, an independent sole proprietor (“Seller”). By using FlowSnap you are entering into an agreement with the Seller.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlowSnap — including the website, the Figma plugin, and the AI flow-generation service — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The service
FlowSnap analyzes screen recordings of mobile applications and generates flow diagrams in Figma. Output is produced by automated AI systems and is provided on an “as is” basis.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit recordings containing content you do not have rights to use; (c) attempt fraud, send spam, or infringe intellectual property; (d) probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; (e) introduce malware or attempt to bypass technical limits.
5. AI outputs and your responsibility
FlowSnap uses generative AI vision models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for the prompts and recordings you submit. You retain rights in your inputs; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them. We do not knowingly process content depicting illegal material, hate speech, or content designed to deceive (deepfakes, impersonation). Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, branding, and documentation, is owned by the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your purchased plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
7. Payments, billing, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our refund window.
8. Service level
We strive to keep FlowSnap available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
